2007 Holiday Recipe – Santa Fe Lemonade

Serves 2 People

I N G R E D I E N T S
1 cup freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Prickly Pear Cactus syrup
1½ cups cold sparkling water
4 ounces Vodka (optional)

P R O C E S S

 

In a glass container, stir the sugar into the lemon juice until dissolved. Add the teaspoon of the Prickly Pear Cactus Syrup. Add the sparkling water. If desired, also add the Vodka. Pour into tall glasses filled with ice.
