How’s your recall? If you’re like most of us, it’s hard to remember more than five things at a time. Our working memory is more like a delicate racehorse than a dependable workhorse.

If you expect others to remember you and your content, you need to make sure you’re not overtaxing their working memory. In other words, if you want others to apply the information you’ve shared with them and even better, spread your ideas, you need to make it easy to recall your key points.
